Dear Mike,
Going to pick up the letters for my truck. I have to thank you for creating the Masters pre-exam course. This is the third time I've purchased one of your courses, and like always, I passed the exam.
I now own the rights to GREEN ENERGY ELECTRIC in Ohio and (GreenEnergyElectric.Com). I'll send you a business card.
Thank you Mike Holt

Well Mike, I ordered your Masters course. I studied until I felt confident that I would pass the exams. Yesterday after taking a 7 hour Electrcal Contractor & Ohio Business and Law Exam, I Passed! I may have my first work too. The airport where I took my exam wants me to install some ceiling fans in a hanger as soon as I get insurance and pay $25 for the license. For those sitting on your hands waiting for the world to give you a break, it won't. You must, must DO SOMETHING that will net results. You'll find what your looking for. Early bird gets the worm / second mouse gets the cheese. GreenEnergyElectric.com

I would like to say thanks to Mike Holt Enterprise for all of the valuable information they make available to the general public. I started looking into getting licensed as journeyman almost a year ago. After being involved in the forum and reading and studying Mike's literature the test was not so hard. I have learned a great deal of info in just one year thanks to you all.

Dear Sir,
I have looked, it feels like forever for information on: bid bonds, preformance bonds, bonded stop notices and all the like information. Then it dawned on me that you have probably written, or would write something like this. I have been in the trade for over 30 years. I have found nothing like "A Beginners Guide to the terms and conditions of the business it's self. Please let me know if we have this information or would publish it. Thank you Galen Putzier

Studying for my contractors license, will be my second time going into an electrical contracting business. Never before have I mastered remembering the whole formula wheel and I don't know if I will be able to bring one into the exam. Now I have found a way. Remember "Pray", spelled prei and placed in the center of the wheel like this P R matching Mike Holt's formula wheel. E I
Memorize the Ohm's law formula circle E and the P (Pie) formula circle.
IR IE
Starting with the Ohm's law wheel enter 3 formulas starting with the center of each quarter or, 2-5-8- and 11oclock, where they belong.
Next insert the Power formula's to the left of them. That's 6 out of 12.
There are 4 out of 6 left that are very hard to rember. Only 2 are left on the bottom half of the wheel, they are square roots. Square roots of what ??
Pray - "PR" on the left at 9 oclock insert (square root of PxR) and on the bottom right, the only space left at 6 oclock enter (square root of P/R).
The other two hard ones to remember are at the top, 11 and 12 oclock, they are E2 over what? ? "P&R again at 1 oclock is E2 over P and at 12 oclock is E2 over R, their crossed.
Only two left, The last letter you wrote should have been a "P" Going clockwise Write P over "I" squared=R Ohms, and at 10 oclock "I"squared times R=(P) Watts It worked for

Hello,
I just wanted to give you an update on the status of my exam results. I did not pass the exam on the first try due to my nerves but nailed it on round 2 with a 83%. Thank you for everything and I look forward to ordering the master's exam prep material.

Subject - An analogy for three phase current flow
I enjoyed that discussion on your "An analogy for three phase current flow '. article. This would apply to standard 2 phase house wiring as well as the 3 phase you described and is a little easier to understand. If you think about it with direction of current flow in mind. Since current flows from negative to positive, current will always be flowing onto the common from one phase and off of the common from the other phase so if both phases have the same load they cancel out and no current will flow onto the common trunk.
