hi Mike,
I am trying to start my own business and lack the knowledge of what a good contract really looks like: focusing on new residential construction. I'm new to the legal side of the business so any info would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot tell you how valuable your textbook help was. Especially the practice NEC quizzes. I passed the WV exam first time when all of the other guys were there two or three rounds. Thanks a bunch
