800.2 Definitions

A definition for Abandoned Communications Cable was added and it reads:

Abandoned Communications Cable. I Installed communications cable that is not terminated at both ends with a connector or other equipment and not identified for future use with a tag will be considered as abandoned for the purpose of this Article.

Intent: 800.52(B) requires abandoned cables to be removed and this definition clarifies which cables can stay.
