  • Why on a Home Standby Generator is the wire from the Generator to the Transfer switch considered a feeder wire and Not Looked at as service wire? Because when you don't have power it is supply power to the complete house when you use a 200A transfer switch. I would think you would go by Table 310.15(B)(7) for your wire size? What is the difference?
