Send a Message to our Troops

imageThis is something really cool that Xerox is doing.

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a Thank You card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.

This is a great site.

Please send a card. It is free and it only takes a couple seconds.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our guys and gals over there need to know we are behind them.

Thank you Pat (webmaster) for letting us know about this.

  • I read in the Courier Journal either 11 or 12 Dec 07 Louisville, Ky paper that if the mail is not addressed to specific servicemember that it would not be delivered due to threats of anthrax, etc.

Ref to your message to troops e-mail

  • I thank all of you for the great job you're doing over there. I'm sure we don't hear a fraction of all the good you are doing. And I pray that every one of you get home safe and sound. I pray that your trust is in God who sees all you are going through. May your Christmas be blessed.

  • Thank you for posting the link. I am currently in the Middle East with the Navy and it's great to see the support continue. I know my crew would appreciate a letter like this. To anyone reading these comments think of where you are this Holiday and where 200,000 of us are not.

  • I would like to say that there isn't enough words to properly express my gratitude to all the individuals who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. All who have answered the call of duty in the past as well as the present and the future times to come need to be recognized and taken care of by our government and the citizens of the United States. All those who have given their life in the line of duty will forever be the true HEROES of our great nation.

    Sincerely, Steve Bolton

  • Just a quick note of thanks to you Mike, and Pat of course, for sending this link. Regardless of one's position of our current military action, there are still mothers, fathers, sons and daughters who are away from home. A note of encouragement and spiritual support can help get through another day.
