725.2 Definitions

A definition for Abandoned Class 2, Class 3, and PLTC Cable was added and it reads:

Abandoned Class 2, Class 3, and PLTC Cable. Class 2, Class 3 and PLTC cable that is not terminated at equipment and not identified for future use with a tag will be considered as abandoned for the purpose of this Article.
Intent: Section 725.3(B) requires abandoned cables to be removed and this definition clarifies which cables can stay.
