Thank you to our men and women in blue!

January 9 is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Wear something blue, and If you see a police officer today, tell them thank you!

Law enforcement officers risk their lives every day in their dedication to the communities they serve. They spend countless hours on the job and away from their families in order to serve others.

Find a way to show your appreciation, especially today - there are countless sites on the web, so you can choose one that has a special meaning for you.

  • I spent several years on a volunteer fire department, working with the local and state police. This is a very tough and demanding job with LOTS of arm chair quarterbacks, that are not rushing to scenes of emergencies, making SPLIT second decisions. Like every other professions, not every one is a model officer. Vast majority are outstanding officers and catch the same criticism. Please appreciate them, you never know when you may need them to help you or your family! These men and women want to go home at the end of the day too!!!

  • IT IS ONLY RIGHT TO COMMEND OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL. JUST THINK OF WHAT OUR COUNTRY, THE WORLD FOR THAT MATTER, WOULD BE LIKE WITHOUT THEM. THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY UNLAWFUL INDIVIDUALS IN OUR MIDST WHO MUST BE CONTROLLED. IT'S SAD BUT TRUE. POLICE ENFORCEMENT WAS INVENTED BECAUSE OF THE UNLAWFUL. KEEP THEM IN YOUR PRAYERS.

  • I fully agree with you, Mike. All our law enforcement agents are owed a deep debt of gratitude for what they do to protect our society. It is a shame that our society has decayed to the point that this even a debated issue.

  • Hats off to the good Police Officers of this nation. Condolences to the officer killed by the Domestic Terrorists in the Capitol riots. Hopefully our fine Police Forces throughout the nation will capture everyone of those Traitors. It's time for supporting our police through training, education, and re-programming of all the nut sacks in this nation that bring Molotov cocktails to our Capitol in support of a Draft Dodging, Lying Piece of Shit Dotard.

  • There a serious problem with police in america shooting citizens and a near immunity from prosecution, when it is unjustified. Not to mention they kill the family dogs at alarming rates.

Sorry Mike I'm unsubscribing I don't need your personal views in my inbox anymore.

  • When I see how our men and women in blue are treated it reminds me of when I came back from serving in Viet Nam. I will always respect our police officers and back the blue till my end. Thank you law enforcement officers!!!
