The Mike Holt program has taken my career to the next level. I'm the oldest of four boys in our family. I started my business in 2008 and all of us brothers became electricians. Thanks to Mike Holt we have a family-owned business in Cape Canaveral, Florida. We were all high school dropouts except for one of my brothers. The4 Mike Holt program has become our primary source of education, perfecting math, calculations, and the NEC. We do not feel underachieved in any way. We all own our houses and some of us are completely debt-free. My suggestion: complete the Ultimate Library program; make it a part of your daily life and strive to live a balanced lifestyle, and you will be successful.

The Ultimate Training Library is by far the most comprehensive and entertaining way to learn all about electricity and the electrical Code. The way the books and videos build your knowledge from the ground up is wonderful - each section setting the foundation for the next. You can tell a lot of hard work, preparation and knowledge has gone into every bit of the program. The Ultimate Training Library is truly the gift that keeps on giving! It is incredible! My husband and I both are very impressed with how easy it is to follow. This truly is a must have for everyone in this field. I honestly don't know how we ever managed without it.
Many electricians we know have used other study guides in preparation for their electrical administrator and master electrician exams and have failed numerous times. With the help of Mike Holt's videos and books I know we will be prepared. We highly recommend this system to anyone and everyone involved or looking to get involved in this industry. Wives, if you are on the fence about getting this, let me tell you, you will not regret it. If it is a money issue, loosen those purse strings. This is an invaluable resource that will actually increase your profits and improve your efficiency. Plus, just think how much money you will save on corrections when you stop making mistakes. This could be the difference that gets you that promotion or raise you have been wanting. I have never seen my husband so happy. He makes me prouder every day as his knowledge and confidence grow. He is less stressed at work and happier when he gets home. The time he spends with us is quality time, happy and relaxed. He has the confidence in his work that allows him to leave work at work. Since the videos are so fun to watch, I watch them with him, and now when he tells me about his day I actually understand what he is talking about. That in itself is such a blessing. This has been incredible for our family. I cannot thank Mike Holt enough for what he has done for our family and the industry as a whole.

I would like to thank everyone at Mike Holt, and especially Mr. Holt himself. My father-in-law passed away last year and I was in a bind to get my license so I ordered the Ultimate Training Library and recently took my unrestricted exam - I made a 90. His videos are so helpful,informative and fun that it made learning a real pleasure. I only had a month to prepare for test and I was so worried that I wouldn't be prepared. I took the test and realized I was over prepared. The great thing about his videos is that they are not just for passing the test but they help you realize your full potential when it comes to being an electrician. I like the Ultimate Training Library because it is easy to learn from, and makes it easy to stay focused. It has a good balance between the Theory, Application and the Comments of the panel in the DVDs. After endless nights studying, watching your videos, completing your workbooks and going through packs on highlighters, I was able to past my journeyman electrician test the first time. I'm really pleased with the availability of materials, lesson plan, and ease of ordering. The course materials in the Ultimate Training Library are easy to follow which makes them easier to teach. I have 10 Electricians in our Maintenance Dept. going through the training program some are for refresher but some are new hires.
