Mike will be sharing his own experiences and answering your questions, so it's an opportunity for you to ask him something you've always wanted to. The outline is below. There are 5 parts but they won't necessarily be covered in separate sessions.

#1. The Pre-Technician. What you need to know about getting started in the trade and what it takes to be the best that you can be.

#2. The Technician. Mike walks you through your career options and what you need to do to be successful.

#3. The Journeyman. Why you should pass your Journeyman test, and what you need to know once you get your license.

#4. The Master. You'll learn what you need to do to pass your Master's exam, and to become an all-around true master of the trade.

#5. The Manager/Owner. Learn how to navigate the business side of the trade. Whether you are the lead on a job site for someone else, manage a team or run your own business, you'll want to join Mike in this session. He'll share some of the strategies he has used to run a successful business for over 40 years.
