Keeping up with the requirements of the Code should be the goal of everyone involved in electrical safety. Corrosive environments that can damage electrical equipment and installations are everywhere. Perhaps some of the most corrosive are areas involving swimming pools, hot tubs, and fountains. With constant exposure to moisture and chemicals in these environments, special consideration needs to be given to the wiring methods involved.
