Whitelisting newsletters@mikeholt.com

Since your email probably has some type of spam filter, we ask that you add newsletters@mikeholt.com to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. This is also known as whitelisting, and it will make sure you receive newsletters@mikeholt.com's messages without them going into your spam filter by mistake.

Firstly, if you don't see an email from newsletters@mikeholt.com in your inbox already, it may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please open your spam folder and look for it there. Then open the email and mark it as "not spam" if you know how.

Secondly, click the link that matches your email client or ISP in this list to whitelist newsletters@mikeholt.com. This will make sure you receive my messages without any problems in the future.

AOL

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, simply reply to an newsletters@mikeholt.com email. It doesn't matter what you write - just sending an email to newsletters@mikeholt.com will add newsletters@mikeholt.com to your Address Book and ensure that further emails are not marked as spam.

Yahoo! Mail

In Yahoo! Mail you need to add newsletters@mikeholt.com as a contact to make sure that images in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to the spam folder.

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Click "Add to Contacts" beside the "From" address near the top of the message.
  3. Click "Save" to save the contact.
  4. Click "OK" to acknowledge the contact was added.

Hotmail Live, Windows Live and MSN

In Hotmail you need to mark newsletters@mikeholt.com as a safe sender to make sure that images and links in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to spam.

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Click "Show content" at the very top of the message to make sure you can see all of the email.
  3. Click "Mark as safe" in the message header, near the top of the message.

Gmail

To make sure email gets delivered to your inbox, you must add our email address to your contacts list.

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side of your inbox screen.
  3. Click the "Add newsletters@mikeholt.com to Contacts List" from the list that appears.
  4. You will now see newsletters@mikeholt.com appear under the link "Contacts" on the left side of the page.

Outlook or Outlook Express

Because of the various email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is tricky to tell you how to receive all email to your Outlook inbox. The best suggestion is to add newsletters@mikeholt.com to your address book. Here's how:

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Right click on the from address
  3. Choose "Add to contacts" option

Mac OS X Mail.app

To make sure you receive newsletters@mikeholt.com mail, you need to add the address to your Address Book.

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Right click on the "From" address

If you are not receiving email at Earthlink, there are two actions you can take.

  1. Check "Suspect Email" folder
  2. Add newsletters@mikeholt.com to your address book

Suspect Email Folder

With Earthlink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the domain is not in your address book.

  1. While in the "Suspect Email" folder, if you see newsletters@mikeholt.com...
  2. Select the "Move to Inbox and Add Contact" option from the pull down menu.
  3. This will add newsletters@mikeholt.com to your Address Book.

  2. Click "Add to Address Book" in the email header.

  2. Click on the "Save Address" link next to the "From Address.
  3. Check the "Add to Contacts" box and click "Save.

  1. Click on the [Save Address]   link at the top of the message next to From Address.
  2. For the field titled First Name, please enter newsletters@mikeholt.com
  3. Click on "Save Entry"

BlackBerry Devices

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com
  2. Scroll up to the message header
  3. Get to the field where their name (it's newsletters@mikeholt.com) is listed. Click the Berry button and then click Show Address
  4. Select and copy that address (it's newsletters@mikeholt.com) to the clipboard
  5. Go into Address Book and find the user
  6. Select Save
  7. Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
  8. Paste it in and click Save

Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Open the email from newsletters@mikeholt.com.
  2. Click on the highlighted name and email address on top of the message, next to "From:".
  3. Select "Add to Address Book..." from that menu.
  4. Select "OK" to save the new name and address.

Other Spam Filters Not List Above...

If newsletters@mikeholt.com is being filtered, try adding newsletters@mikeholt.com to your Address Book or Contact list.

Also, try replying to an email - it doesn't matter what you write, just emailing an address often stops it from being filtered to junk.

If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder contact your local technical support department, ISP, or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist newsletters@mikeholt.com.
