Background
Jonathan Kramer is a nationally recognized expert in NEC and NESC compliance inspection related to communications systems and networks. Since 1984, he as served as a contract Code Inspector for over 600 U.S. governments in over 30 states. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Kramer has been a licensed low-voltage contractor (C7) in California. He regularly teaches Code compliance classes to telecom industry members and publishes articles on code compliance. Kramerserves as an expert witness in telecom construction cases.
