Description Established in 1974, the CVECA is a 4 year Apprenticeship that has played an integral part in training electricians in the Central Region of Va. Completely revamping the curriculum to include Mike Holt materials in 2012, The CVECA prides itself in an impressive 99% pass rate on the 1st attempt in passing the Journeyman level exam for the State of Va.
