Description
Coffeyville Community College's Electrical curriculum is aligned with the state of Kansas and we take pride in training Electricians/Electrical Technicians for the workforce.
The first semester covers OSHA 30-hour certification, Electrical Theory, Residential Wiring, National Electric Code 1 & 2, and HVAC for Electricians.
The second semester covers Commercial Wiring, Electric Motor Controls, Electronics for Electricians, Programmable Logic Controllers, and Print Reading.
The students attend class for 7 hours a day M-F and spend 1/2 day in the classroom and 1/2 day in the lab.
The CCC Electrical Program is 9 months in length resulting in a Certification of Completion. Students may take an additional 18 Credit hours of general education courses to complete the Associate of Applied Science Degree.
