Utility Primary Flash Over

I thought I'd email you these pictures I took today which really show the power of a flashover. The pole had three-phase primary on top, and a three-phase dip, which fed a strip-mall. The dip cutouts were fused so high, when the cable shorted they didn't open, but the breaker at the sub-station tripped instead. It tried to re-close three times, each time making a gigantic flash. I grabbed my camera (I was working on a streetlight up the street) and got this picture when they apparently tried to manually re-close the circuit again; it's a little out of focus, but I didn't have much time.
