Wow! where do I start; This course is all about the student - the relationship you develop before the class is the most important, it sets the tone. I was a master instructor for the Navy, I thought I knew it all, and boy was I ever so wrong. This course was also a refresher for what I did learn as an instructor.  Thanks for such a great program. Once I started this course I found it very hard to put down. Thanks for the great learning experience.
