The remaining 4 hours can cover technical topics related to electrical installations and equipment, or the statutes and rules governing electrical installations, Chapter 3800, chapter 3801, and Minnesota Statutes, sections 326B.31 to 326B.399. License Renewal: Minnesota Electrical Contractor/Master licenses expire on the last day of February on even numbered years. Journeyman expire every 2 years on license expiration date. CE hours must be completed during the license or registration period. You can renew your license on the Board website.
