South Dakota Electrical Continuing Education Required: South Dakota Electrical Licenses need to complete 16 hours of continuing education to renew a license. Maximum of 8 hours are permitted online per renewal cycle. 8 hours of the 16 hour total must be code-related.
South Dakota Electrical License Renewal: Licensees must renew even years by June 30th. Licensees are responsible for submitting their Continuing Education and Renewal application in their online account in the new SDEC Online Portal
