Our courses are interactive; as you work through your course there will be questions to test your knowledge.
Some courses also include a short quiz at the end to review your material.

We have an excellent passing rate for our programs! You need a final score of 76% which is
calculated by the average score of all the questions in the course.
You are given two attempts at each question and quiz in the course.

The majority of our courses do not require you to purchase an additional textbook.
The content that you are tested on is provided throughout the course; however, we may recommend you use the corresponding
NECģ when working through a Code course. Note: The following courses require a reference book: The Florida Business Management, Workers comp, workplace safety online &
NFPA 70e safety online course.
Most States require individuals to file their hours directly with the State by submitting the CE certificate.
The following states require us to submit your CE credits electronically:
We submit CE credits every Thursday at 11am. If you are facing an emergency situation where you are in danger of having your license lapse, please contact our office at 888.632.2633 to expedite the filing process.
Please note: Some states require you to submit a copy of your certificate in addition to us submitting your credits electronically.

Each course is designed to take as many hours as you are earning CE credit. Certain courses have a built-in timer that tracks the amount of time spent in the course and will not permit you to move forward until you have met the state requirement of hours logged in. If you complete the course and you still have time remaining on the clock, please review the course pages and questions.
You will receive an email certificate for every course you complete for each state license. If that course is approved in another state and you have added your license number online for that state, you will receive another certificate with that state's license number on it.
If the course you recently purchased is not showing in your classroom, you may need to activate the new course. Click Here and enter your order number (found on your receipt or in your email) to activate your course.
If you activated your course already and itís not showing up, please verify that you are entering the email address and zip code that was provided during activation. Do not enter spaces before or after the email address.
If your course is not loading or will only load a certain %, your internet connection is not strong enough for you to connect to our courses. In this case, simply exit the course and try again when you have a better internet connection.
This product requires Adobe Flash and a reliable internet connection. iPad and iPhone do not support Flash. However, the iTunes app Puffin allows Flash content to be displayed on these devices. Visit iTunes to download Puffin.
You will receive a textbook, a corresponding DVD, and an exam. Your exam has multiple choice questions that can be answered by reading the textbook and watching the DVD. You will enter your answers on the blank bubble sheet provided with your exam packet.
