General Questions

Once you purchase a course, you are required to activate it before you can begin. You can activate your new course 2 ways:
- You will receive an email from us with a link to activate your course.
- After you log in here, you are given the link to activate your new online course. Have your order number ready, which is found on your receipt or invoice email.
After you activate your course, you can log in anytime using your email address and zip code.
You can log in to your course 24/7 on any computer and device that supports Adobe Flash. Your login information is your email address and zip code provided during course activation. Click Here to login.
We have an excellent passing rate for our programs! You need a final score of 76% which is calculated by the average score of all the questions in the course.
You are given two attempts at each question and quiz in the course. If you do not pass, please contact our office at 888-632-2633 or ceuonline@mikeholt.com and we will go over the options to retake the course.
Note: The following courses require a reference book: The Florida Business Management, Workers comp, workplace safety online & NFPA 70e safety online course.
The following states require us to submit your CE credits electronically:

If you have multiple state licenses, Click Here to get a customized course quote emailed to you or contact our office at 888-632-2633 to get set up with the best courses that meet all your state requirements.
- If the course you recently purchased is not showing in your classroom, you may need to activate the new course. Click Here and enter your order number (found on your receipt or in your email) to activate your course.
- If you activated your course already and it’s not showing up, please verify that you are entering the email address and zip code that was provided during activation. Do not enter spaces before or after the email address.
- If your course is not loading or will only load a certain %, your internet connection is not strong enough for you to connect to our courses. In this case, simply exit the course and try again when you have a better internet connection.

iPad and iPhone do not support Flash. However, the iTunes app Puffin allows Flash content to be displayed on these devices. Visit iTunes to download Puffin.
After you complete the exam and filled out all your information, you can send the exam to our office 3 ways:

We will grade the exam and email you a CE certificate within 1 business day of receiving your exam. If you don't have an email address, arrangements will be made to mail your certificates to you.
