Once you have placed your order with us, either online or by phone. You will receive an email prompting you to register for the online course. You will also receive your course login information to the email address provided on your order. There will be a direct link to your course embedded in the activation email. You can also access your course from the Continuing Education page on our website or by clicking on this link Course Login and entering your email address and zip code.

No, our courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. You can save your progress and log-out at any time. When you return to the course you will be directed to the last page you completed.

When you log back in to the course you will begin at the same page where you left the program during your last session.

Each course is designed to give you the number of hours you need for CE credits. Certain States require a timing element in the online course to ensure that you spend the required amount of time reviewing the material; you will earn CE credit for that amount of time. The timer is a minimum requirement for the length of time you must spend in the course, in order to complete the course the timer must display 0:00. You can continue in the course with the timer displaying at 0:00, this means you have met the minimum time requirement.

Our courses are interactive; as you work through your course there will be questions to test your knowledge. Some courses also include a short quiz at the end to review your material. We have an excellent passing rate for our programs, and your score will be the average of the page level questions and the quiz at the end of your course.

When you have finished all sections of your course, you will see your results summarized on a Final Results screen. To receive continuing education credit, you must receive a 76% overall grade on your course. Your final results and overall score will be emailed to you. Please note that this email is for your information, and will not be accepted by your state as proof of completion for CEUs. Our office will email your Official Continuing Education Certificate within 1 business day of completing your course.

Most States require individuals to file their hours directly with the State using the official certificate(s) provided by our company. Some States mandate that the provider files the course completions directly with the State. If you have a license(s) in one or more of the following States, our office will file your hours with the respective States:

Please note that even if we file to your State, you may be required to submit a paper copy of your certificate along with your renewal paperwork; please check with your State.

If you completed a DVD home-study course and have sent us your answer sheet, our Continuing Education department will grade your exam and email you a certificate within 1 business day of receiving your exam. If you don't have an email address, arrangements will be made to mail your certificates to you.

We file hours with required States every Thursday afternoon. If you passed your course and received your official certificate by 11:00 AM Thursday morning your hours will be submitted for that week. If you are facing an emergency situation where you are in danger of having your license lapse, please contact our office at 888.632.2633 to expedite the filing process. Please note that in most cases, individuals are responsible for filing with the State directly. After your course has been completed, you will receive an email containing a PDF file of your certificate. The certificate is usually received within 1 business day after completion. You will receive one free certificate with every course purchased. If you need course credit for other States and the course is approved in the additional State(s) needed, the cost is $25.00 for additional certificates up to 4 states, $50.00 for up to 8 state certificates, and $100.00 for 9 or more.

If you are experiencing course loading issues, your internet connection is not strong enough for you to connect to our courses. In this case, simply exit the course and try again in a few moments.
