License Renewal CEU Requirements Missouri Statewide Electrical Contractors: All licenses are renewed triennially by September 30. At this time, the division will not be requiring continuing education. Watch State Website for updates in the future. The law authorizes the state to impose continuing education requirements by implementing rules. Section 324.910.1, RSMo.
