License Renewal & CEU Requirements

License Renewal CEU Requirements Georgia Electrical Continuing Education Required: Georgia electrical licenses must complete 4 hours of continuing education each year (8 hours required upon renewal).
*Exceptions include if initially licensed for 1 year or less, CE is not required for first renewal. If initially licensed for less than 2 years, but more than 1 year must have completed 4 hours of CE while licensed prior to initial renewal.

Georgia Electrical License Renewal: Licenses expire June 30, even years. Continuing education must be completed before renewal. You can renew your license on the Board website.
